United States:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

During peak periods, such as before holidays and during promotional events, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

Please note that orders for multiple items may be shipped in separate packages—in this case, we will provide two tracking numbers.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Express.

The express delivery is cross-border, with a normal delivery time of 5 business days. During peak periods, such as the Christmas season, please allow for additional time.

All packages will be photographed upon delivery. If you are not present to sign for the package and cannot find the package, please contact the courier promptly. You can check the location where the package is stored through FedEx tracking.
