Returns and Exchanges

  • For all returns & credit requests, please email our customer service team info@upandfast.com quoting your order number and email.
  • We will respond asap. 
  • You may exchange or return upandfast items within 30 days of delivery date.

  • UPANDFAST product must be returned in new condition (not worn, not washed, not stained) with tags still attached.

  • Product received worn, stained (ie-deodorant marks), washed, or without 

    tags attached will be donated and no refund or exchange will be issued.

  • There is a $3 restocking fee per item on all returns, no matter the payment method. This fee is included in the handling fee. This restocking fee is charged on each item returned for refund. 


  • For exchanges, please choose to place a new order in store after we have accepted the requested return to ensure that you receive the new item as soon as possible.

  • Please note: sale items are final & returns are not offered.
